Prime Performance is a state-of-the-art, private pay clinic and performance center.

We are out of network with all health insurance carriers. Unfortunately, we can’t collect payments from your health insurance company for covered services like rehabilitation. If you would like to submit claims and request reimbursement from your insurance company for your rehab, we are happy to provide you with all the paperwork you need from your visits to do so.

We understand that paying out of pocket for rehabilitation can get expensive, so we let everyone know how many visits to expect up front, at the evaluation. We work with you to customize the treatment plan, factoring in your rehab needs, and your budget. We offer multiple session packages. The more sessions you buy, the cheaper they get.

Why don’t we take health insurance at PRIME PERFORMANCE?

We made the decision to focus our attention 100% on YOU, by providing high quality, 1-on-1, hour long treatment sessions.

Let’s face it, health insurance companies exist to make money. That’s it. They do this by charging us more and more for premiums, raising deductibles and copays each year, paying healthcare providers less, restricting access to care, and denying our claims. To make matters worse, accepting payments from insurance companies has become too time consuming, expensive, distracting, and downright frustrating for healthcare providers and clinics.

It has become very difficult for insurance based PT clinics to stay in business. The only way for these clinics to survive is to schedule you for 15-30 minute sessions with a PT, before handing you off to unskilled staff who don’t know how to help you get the most out of your session. You deserve better than that!

You get what you pay for. As a patient you can either pay for superior treatment and excellent results, or get churned through a PT factory clinic and never quite recover completely.

It’s simple. The more time you spend with your provider, the better your outcome.

We’d rather see you for longer, higher quality sessions that get you better results faster, so you need fewer sessions overall. Longer, more thorough, and effective treatments speeds up healing, helps you return to your regular activities sooner, reduces the number of treatment sessions you need, and minimizes your out-of-pocket costs.
