Alicía Pagan is a dynamic movement professional who blends her passion for dance with clinical expertise as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). A graduate of Mt. Hood Community College’s PTA Associate of Applied Science degree program, Alicía offers a uniquely integrated approach to training, performance, and injury prevention. She is also certified through Acrobatic Arts, allowing her to safely and effectively guide dancers through AcroDance skill development and progression.
Originally from New Jersey, Alicía brings over 30 years of dance experience and 17 years of teaching dance to students of all ages. Her performance credits include work with Lustig Dance Theatre, the José Limón Professional Studies Program, and Solo Danza, reflecting her versatility across a variety of dance styles.
In the clinic, Alicía’s physical therapy experience spans orthopedics, neurology (with a focus on spinal cord injury and stroke rehabilitation), and pediatrics. This diverse clinical background enables her to support clients with a wide range of movement challenges while prioritizing functional strength, alignment, and long-term resilience.
Alicía is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach—combining creative artistry with clinical precision to help dancers, athletes, and active individuals reach their goals. Whether teaching AcroDance or supporting a rehab journey, she emphasizes intentional goal setting, movement efficiency, and holistic care.
Outside of the clinic, Alicía enjoys hiking, country line dancing, and exploring new adventures—bringing curiosity, energy, and joy to everything she does.
