Jesse Fairbanks is a health and fitness coach with over 20 years of experience, specializing in human performance and sustainable fitness lifestyles. Known for his holistic and highly personalized approach, Jesse helps clients develop movement practices that align with their unique goals and reasons for staying fit.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies with a focus on Physical Activity and Exercise from Portland State University, as well as an Associate of Science and a certificate in Fitness Technology from Portland Community College.

Jesse’s training philosophy is principle-based, emphasizing movement restoration, postural balance, and pain reduction to promote long-term well-being.
