What Is AcroDance?
AcroDance is a powerful blend of athleticism and artistic expression. Unlike gymnastics, AcroDance is performed without sprung floors or apparatuses—relying instead on the dancer’s own strength, control, and alignment. The result? Graceful, expressive movement fused with dynamic acrobatic elements that enhance performance, musicality, and storytelling on stage.
At our clinic, AcroDance training goes far beyond tricks. It’s about building strong, versatile dancers through intentional progressions, body awareness, and technical refinement. Each element is taught with an emphasis on safety, biomechanics, and performance excellence—supported by our integrated approach to dance health and performance.
Integrated Training for Whole-Body Performance
Our AcroDance program is fully integrated with the clinic’s multidisciplinary services to support the dancer both on and off the floor. AcroDance 1-on-1 Coaching

Each session is tailored to your specific goals and designed with expert input from our multidisciplinary team. AcroDance Workshops
Level 1 (Ages 9–13)
This 4-week small group workshop is limited to just 6 dancers to ensure individualized attention. Dancers should have a basic acrobatic foundation, including cartwheels, handstands, and bridges.
Focus Areas: Safe skill development, body control, flexibility, and integrating artistry into movement.
Level 2 (Ages 14–19)
Also offered as a 4-week small group series, this level is designed for more advanced dancers who can perform bridge recoveries, all cartwheel variations, and handstands.
Focus Areas: Advanced technique, seamless transitions, dynamic choreography, and injury prevention through proper conditioning.
Each workshop includes insights from our physical therapists and sport science team to help dancers train smarter, perform stronger, and stay injury-free.
