Alicía Pagan is a highly skilled and dynamic professional with a passion for movement and performance. With an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Mt. Hood Community College, Alicía combines a rich background in both dance and physical therapy, offering a unique and comprehensive approach to helping dancers and athletes excel.A NJ native, Alicía has 30 years of dance experience, including 17 years of teaching dance to students of all ages. She has danced professionally with companies such as Lustig Dance Theatre, the Jose Limón Professional Studies Program, and Solo Danza, showcasing her versatility and expertise in a variety of dance styles. Alicía is Acrobatic Arts Certified, bringing a wealth of knowledge to elevate clients to the next level in their dance journey.Her experience in physical therapy spans orthopedics, neurology (with a focus on spinal cord injuries and strokes), and pediatrics, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the body and how to optimize movement. Alicía is deeply committed to helping dancers enhance their performance through tailored goal setting, precise fine-tuning, and a holistic approach to physical wellness.Outside of her professional life, Alicía enjoys hiking, country line dancing, and seeking out new adventures, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal pursuits as she does to her work.
